How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your order, our team will work as quickly as possible to get you your merchandise. We ask that you allow one to two weeks for delivery, but chances are good that you will receive it much faster than that. When not busy we’ll typically get it to you within 5 days.

What method of shipment do you use?
We currently ship all orders Priority Mail through the US Post Office. We are working to provide our customers with several shipping options in the near future. So please check back!

Do you accept custom orders?
In most cases, we are happy to fulfill custom orders! Please contact us and we’ll let you know if we are able to provide what you need.

Do you carry special sizes (youth, XXL, etc)?
If you need a particular size that you don’t see listed on the site, just contact us and we will be happy to accommodate if we can!

What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept returns on all unworn or faulty merchandise. We’ll ask you to send us back the unwanted goods, and once we receive them, we’ll send you out a replacement. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

Are there special instructions for washing the t-shirts you sell?
We recommend washing your t-shirt in cold water and inside out. Do not put your t-shirt in the dryer. This can cause the vinyl to warp. Our t-shirts are made to last, and if you experience any problems, please contact us and let us know.

What kind of t-shirts do you use?
Our preferred canvas are Gildan 100% cotton pre-shrunk tees. In some cases, we may need to fill an order with a different brand of t-shirt. However, it will also be 100% cotton and pre-shrunk.

Where are you located?
We are located in Boulder, Colorado now. We were in Portland up until recently.

I live near Boulder. Can I order a shirt and pick it up from you directly to save money on shipping?
Sure, that works for us. We don’t have a storefront, but just contact us and we’d be happy to meet up and sell you a shirt Craigslist style.
We no longer can do pick ups in Portland due to our move to Colorado.
